Terms of Service

1. The service

bestbacklinks.io is a marketplace that connects buyers with independently verified websites for guest posts and link exchanges. We provide escrow, verification, and monitoring. We are not the publisher of any website listed and do not guarantee search-engine outcomes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business may not operate multiple accounts to manipulate the marketplace or transact with themselves.

3. Listings and verification

Sellers may list only websites they own or are authorized to represent, and must complete ownership verification. We review listings before they appear. Certain categories are not permitted on the platform, including adult, gambling, and other restricted niches. We may decline, pause, or remove any listing.

4. Orders, payments, and escrow

• Buyers fund a prepaid wallet by card (via Stripe) or crypto. Placing an order holds the amount in escrow.
• Funds are released to the seller only after the link is submitted and confirmed, subject to a holding period.
• Platform fees apply to orders and are shown before you confirm. Fees are non-refundable once a service is delivered.
• If a link is never placed, the buyer is refunded. If a live link later drops within the warranty window, a replacement or refund applies.

5. Link exchanges

Both parties in an exchange contribute their agreed link and any applicable fee. If either side does not complete their part, the exchange does not proceed and fees are handled per our refund rules.

6. Conduct

Keep all communication and transactions on the platform. Do not attempt to de-anonymize other users, move deals off-platform, submit fraudulent metrics, or abuse our systems. Messages are moderated and violations may lead to suspension.

7. Payouts and withdrawals

Seller earnings become available after the applicable holding period and can be withdrawn subject to minimum amounts. We may hold funds where fraud, disputes, or policy violations are suspected.

8. Disputes

If something goes wrong with an order, either party may open a dispute. Funds remain in escrow until our team resolves it.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant specific ranking, traffic, or SEO results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the transaction in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
